Jeremy created Mint Home Loans with the mission to provide superior customer experience, combined with industrywide low rates. With 20 years of experience, he has worked in all aspects of the mortgage industry - originating, processing, underwriting, operations management and most importantly as a customer himself. As someone who owns multiple real estate investments, he understands how stressful the buying experience can be and he knows that it absolutely matters who you work with. Jeremy has designed Mint Home Loans to make sure you have a clear understanding of the process, that you know all of your options for different loan products and that you are receiving the low interest rate that you deserve and the best service possible from himself or a member of his team.
Jeremy's goal is to combine his education and overall love for mathematics, with his motivation to help guide people through one of the biggest financial decisions in their lives.
Jeremy, his wife Jennifer, and their three children live in Baltimore County.
Courtney is the Operations Manager for Mint Home loans, overseeing our companies' departments including loan processing, funding, post-closing and many other day to day operations. She is also a licensed mortgage originator. Prior to joining Mint Home Loans, Courtney has been a loan processor, as well as an assistant branch manager. She is motivated to make the loan process as efficient as possible for our team, but more importantly for our clients and realtor partners. Courtney is responsible for implementing systems and processes to make our day to day operations run efficiently.
She prides herself on her ability to work through complex situations and her skill at simplifying and explaining things at a level that everyone understands. Courtney is passionate about having transparent transactions, while developing and maintaining trustworthy relationships with all parties involved.
Courtney resides in Anne Arundel county with her husband, their three children and their three dogs.
Ali has been in the mortgage business for more than 16 years. Ali is ready to put his experience to work for you. Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking to upgrade, downsize or refinance, Ali can find the perfect mortgage product that is specific for you.
Ali holds a degree in Accounting from Towson University, as well as a MBA in Business Administration from The University of Baltimore. Ali and his wife April have a three kids Gage, Gavin and Lexi. Ali is very active in his community and helps coach both his sons baseball teams. Ali and April also participate in activities for charities in the area to support the community.
Brittany started her mortgage career in the Operations Center of a local company in 2005. As her career developed, she secured a number of positions in the mortgage business from creating settlement documents, to managing a national team, to now originating loans. Brittany has a vast understanding of mortgage programs as well as the intricacies involved in the mortgage qualifying process. After dedicating years to understand the business front to back, she thoroughly enjoys originating loans and working directly with customers. Brittany prides herself in honesty, communication, and product knowledge. She treats each customer as if it were her only, working tirelessly to ensure they obtain the best financial position while fully understanding the process as a whole.
Devon is dedicated to helping her clients find the perfect loan tailored to each and everyone's individual financial needs. She works around the clock to help her clients get the best customer service possible. Her goal is to make the homebuying process as stress-free as possible by providing detailed information, step by step updates, and always ready to answer any questions. She is never too busy for new client phone calls!

Bob, a lifelong Baltimore-area resident, lives in Baltimore County with his wife and three children. When he’s out of the office, Bob can be found supporting community initiatives, coaching lacrosse and playing golf. His success on the links include 10 Baltimore Country Club Championship victories as well as appearances in the USGA Amateur at Oakmont and the British Amateur at Muirfield, Scotland.

Dwayne holds a degree in Computer Management and Information Systems. He and his wife have two daughters. When not working he enjoys attending his daughter’s volleyball, cross-country and basketball games, and vacationing with family. Dwayne is active in the community and PTA and is a resident of Baltimore County.
Craig Fura is a seasoned loan officer that has helped over a 1000 clients get into a home of their dreams, or a better financial situation in their current home. He has the knowledge and the care to customize a mortgage that is tailored to each client’s specific needs. Mortgages are a complicated and stressful process, yet Craig prides himself on simplifying and explaining things in a way that makes sense. His goal is to treat each client like family, and guide them through the process each step of the way.
Born and raised in Michigan, then moved down to Arizona in early 2011 he is here to stay. His wife is Native to Arizona and is cold at any temperature under 90 degrees, so he couldn’t move if he wanted to.
